The event is held at the Edgbaston Stadium previously known as Edgbaston Cricket Ground. This is a Black Tie or Formal Dress event. The following community organisations involved are:

- Caribbean Family History Group.
- B.A.P.A (Black Asian Police Association).
- BHWN ( Black Heritage Walk Network).
